We have spent the last few days designing a label to go on the jars of this autumn's honey harvest.
Getting to grips with the honey labeling legislation has been challenging as there seems to be some rather outdated information in circulation. But we hope this complies with the current situation. We intend to put the Lot Number and Best Before Date on a separate label.
