Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!
It has been cold with some
snow in the Scottish Borders. The bees are not much in evidence, although we
sometimes see the odd one in the middle of the day if the sun is shining;
presumably on a cleansing flight.
I hefted the hive and nucs and they feel reasonably weighty, so hopefully the bees are in a happy cluster and have all they need. Fingers crossed – it feels a long time until spring at the moment.
